Course Registration Policies

Our Training Facility

Our training center offers a comfortable learning environment for you or your employees. We are located in the Greenfield Corporate Center.

1866 Colonial Village Lane, Suite 110. Lancaster, PA 17601. The 1866 Building is a multi-tenant building. Look for the marquee with our name "High EH&S Consulting". Our name and logo is displayed on our front door. Directions to our location can be found here.

What to Wear

Causal dress (jeans) is appropriate for our facility. We want you to be comfortable. Occasionally we will hold sessions at the High Corporate Office. If your session is scheduled at this location, the dress code is "business casual", but you won't be turned away if you have selected to dress otherwise. Because it is not always possible to keep a room temperature which suits everyone, we suggest you bring a light jacket or sweater if you tend to get cold. If you are taking CPR / First Aid, we will be working on the floor, so we suggest jeans or slacks as opposed to dresses for women.


Classes which go over meal periods typically include a meals as part of the registration. Morning sessions will include coffee and some type of snack.

Classes which span between periods (i.e., 12:30 - 5:30) may provide a light snack in place of a meal. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please contact us ahead of time so that we can assure that we have appropriate choices available for you.


Registrations must be paid in advance of the course date. Admittance to a program will not be permitted unless the class has been paid for, in full. Class sizes are limited to assure effective participant-to-instructor ratio. Classes are filled on a first-paid basis. If the class is listed on our website, it is currently open for registrations. If you have multiple employees (5 or more) to send to a program, contact us for registration discount information. Upon registration you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you withdrawal from a prepaid class, you will be assessed a fee of 20% of the registration fee up to a maximum of $100. Cancellations within 5 days of the scheduled program are subject to a 40% fee up to a maximum of $225. You also have the option of receiving a registration voucher for the course which can be used for participation in a future program of similar value. Voucher values will be determined based on the above notice of cancellation. Substitutions from the same organization are permissible. No shows are ineligible for refund or credit.

On occasion we have a program which does not meet its minimum attendance count to run. Most of our classes have a minimum count of six. If we have not met the minimum, we cannot run the program profitably. As a result, we will cancel the program. For cancelled programs, you have the option of receiving a full refund or a voucher for a future class of equal value. In order to provide you with information on the class status, once we affirmatively determine that we have at least the minimum count in the program, the website listing will include a notice: "This class has met minimums and is confirmed". If you do not see this message, class registrations are building towards the minimum. If you have any questions about registration status, give us a call.


Our sister company, High Hotels, owns and operates two hotels in the immediate vicinity. The Marriott Courtyard is the closest to our facility and within fair weather walking distance to our site. The Hampton Inn is located on Greenfield Road and just a couple mile drive to our location. We have made special arrangements for you to receive discounted rooms at these award-winning hotel locations. Ask for more details.


Love it or leave it! If you are not completely satisfied with a High EH&S Consulting training program, simply return all of your materials at the end of the first day's class (for multiple day programs) to the instructor and we'll refund your full registration amount! For programs which are a day or less, provide notice prior to more than 1/2 way through the program's completion to take advantage of this guarantee. We believe you will be pleased with the expert instruction you will receive from our staff.

Our checkout system indicates that we accept Diners Card and American Express, however, We do NOT accept these forms of payment at this time.
